Advertise your hr educational event

Your organization can reach key Human Resources Professionals and decision makers throughout the Springfield area by advertising your educational opportunity with SAHRA! The SAHRA Advertisement Opportunity allows your organization to reach over 300 SAHRA members through announcements on SAHRA's social media sites, monthly newsletter, and member events calendar link.

Advertising Opportunity Includes

• One promotional announcement of event on SAHRA social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).
• One promotional announcement of event in SAHRA newsletter distributed to all members month prior to event.
• One promotional banner ad posted to SAHRA website home page for two weeks prior to event.
• Event listed on SAHRA's website through the Events Calendar with a link, if requested, to event registration or information website.

Requirements for Submission

• Event must provide pre-approved Human Resources continuing education credit (HRCI &/or SHRM).
• Event does not conflict with a SAHRA event or within one day of a SAHRA chapter event.
• Event is an "in-person" setting held in the Southwest Missouri area.
• Session banner ad in .GIF/.JPG/.PNG format must be provided for Newsletter announcement.
• 120 or less character announcement of event (#hashtag included) with link, if applicable, to event's registration or announcement page.

Materials must be provided to SAHRA at communication@sahramo.org no later than 30 days prior to the event. Requests for social media post on specific date will be honored when possible.

• SAHRA Members: $35.00
• Non-Members: $50.00
