Resetting Your Wellness Compass

Thursday, January 21st at 11:30 am

Creating and sustaining a resilient culture is challenging at the best of times, throw in a global pandemic and it becomes overwhelming. Organizations that consistently focus on prioritizing and nurturing a culture of health virtually guarantee long term success, so why are so few doing it?

In this thought provoking presentation, Cameron Black will demonstrate the importance of a healthy culture and provide a blueprint of how your organization can create your very own roadmap to success.

Learning Objectives:

1- Design- what does a resilient culture look like?

2- Action- How does a resilient culture act differently from those that are failing to perform?

3- Highlight- Key factors that resilient cultures share that lead to sustained success

4- Empower- What resilient cultures understand and implement that average organizations don't even consider.
