The Compensation Business Partner supports daily activities and leads special projects related to AECI’s strategy to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains and rewards employees. This position participates in the design, development, implementation and communication of compensation policies and/or practices, benchmarking activities and related programs.
